  1. Do You Ship International Orders?
    We can ship worldwide, but I do not accept international credit cards
    andI am not resposible for customs if they take your package. If you
    would like to place an international order, you would need to use the
    shoppingcart, choose mail payment, and print final page and send
    with payment. Or print out Mail Order Form.

  2. How long will it take for my package to ship?
    On average, you should receive your order within 5-10 business days.
    If your item is not in stock it will take a little longer.

  3. Is the packaging discreet?
    Packaging is plain envelopes or plain boxes and only the return
    address is listed. There is no mention of the contents or company
    name.  Billed on credit card statement as LV Blaze.

  4. Do you Accept Paypal?
    No. Paypal does not allow sale of tobacco products
    .

  5. Can you tell me the status of my order?
    At this time you could email us with your order number and we could
    provide you with the status and or a delivery confirmation number. 
    Please provide date of order and full name.

  6. Why is there no phone number?
    Because I don't want to talk to you!! Its because I do mail order only,
    I don't have a store front. If have any questions please use contact
    form to email me. I only do this part time, i have regular job and work
    during day.

  7. What should I do if I want a specific color?
    If you have a particular preference of color, please let us know a few
    choices in the Special Comments box in the shopping cart. 

  8. What if Item I receive is defective or broken?
    If your item is broken; either take digital pictures & email them to me
    or ship item back for a exchange or refund.

  9. What if I see an item I'm interested in ordering but its cheaper
    off another website?
    If you want to order something but seems likes its a little overpriced,
    send me an email of item, the price, and the website you seen it for
    cheaper and I'll see what I can do.

  10. What if you don't have a specific Item I'm looking for?
    If you have a particular item your searching for and don't see in the
    catalog, please email me and I'll see if I can special order.

  11. Do you have a catalog or do wholesale?
    No.  Not unless you want to make a catalog for us. I am not a
    wholesaler, but we have a few items for wholesale located at: http://www.blazedup.com/wholesale.htm

  12. Is Blazedup.com Legit ?
    Yes. I try provide good prices for people. Sometimes certain item
    s take a little longer to ship but i am honest. If I am unable to get
    your order i will issue refund.

  13. Is my personal information secure and do you promise not
    to sell it to other companies?

    Yes, your personal information is safe and we do not share that
    information with anyone. Our customers are very important to us
    and we value the importance of safe and confidential on-line shopping.
